KUALA LUMPUR: MyHSR Corp Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of the Minister of Finance Inc, will call for a tender today for conducting a survey to establish a common and consistent network within the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) corridor.
Dubbed “ground control point (GCP)”, the survey works will include the installation of the GCP monuments and the establishment of a common reference point among the national grid, the state grid and the HSR project grid.
“The outcome of the survey will be instrumental for the interface between the relevant grid systems and the infrastructure construction,” said MyHSR in a statement yesterday.
The tender package is open to experienced companies registered with the finance ministry and the Land Surveyors Board of Malaysia.
