MNC Wireless up 4.5%% on diversifying into film-making industry
KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 19): MNC Wireless Bhd shares rose 4.55% this morning after it teamed up with New Zealand-based production house Monfils Pictures Ltd to diversify its digital technology and mobile solutions businesses to include film production.
At 9.05am, MNC added 0.5 sen to 11.5 sen for a market capitalisation of RM55.01 million.
Last week, Tycoon T Ananda Krishnan's nephew Robbie Hari Krishnan Tatparanandam joined the board of directors of MNC, whose maiden project involves the production of a movie based on the biography of Tim Page.
