KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 3): Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) said Lembaga Tabung Haji services on the financial services provider’s Maybank2u website are temporarily unavailable.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience,” Maybank said in a notice on its Maybank2u website on Tuesday (Nov 2).
Maybank, however, did not disclose the reasons behind the downtime for the Tabung Haji services on the Maybank2u website or provide an update on when the services will resume.
According to the Maybank2u website, Tabung Haji account holders can link their Tabung Haji accounts with Maybank2u and view their Tabung Haji account details and undertake related transactions via the Maybank2u platform.
