KUALA LUMPUR (March 24): Mah Sing Group Bhd opened the sales gallery of its fourth project in Rawang — M Panora — today.

M Panora will comprise 396 double-storey super link homes (24ft by 65ft) with indicative prices starting from RM650,000. The homes will come in four-bedroom and three-bathroom layouts with built-ups of 1,770 to 2,026 sq ft.

Its first phase of 247 units will be officially launched in the third quarter of 2021, while Phase 2 (149 units) will be launched at a later date. The strata freehold landed residential development sits on 45.38 acres and has a gross development value of RM300 million.

“M Panora aims to provide a zen-inspired living environment through integrating natural aspects into its design. Units at M Panora are located on a naturally elevated land and will have a north-west and south-east orientation, as well as feature practical layout that maximises usage of space,” said Mah Sing group CEO Datuk Ho Hon Sang at the opening of M Panora's sales gallery today.

Also present at the event were Mah Sing chief operating officer Yeoh Chee Beng, and sales and marketing general manager Angela Chong.

Ho said these homes will be ideal for upgraders, multi-generational families, newlyweds as well as buyers from the surrounding areas such as Sungai Buloh, Kepong, Selayang, Petaling Jaya, Damansara and Kota Damansara.

“There will also be a five-acre central garden in the neighbourhood, namely Zen Residence, Paradise Garden, Pine Forest and Green Avenues offering facilities such as a Zen garden, swing pavilion, labyrinth/meditation garden, children’s playground, barbecue area and bird song cage,” he said.

“There has been improvement in sentiments towards the property market, which can be observed through positive responses from our previous projects — M Residence 1, M Residence 2 and M Aruna. Hence, we are confident that M Panora will be well received regardless of current market conditions,” Ho added.

M Panora will be a gated and guarded community with perimeter fencing, CCTV surveillance, radio-frequency identification (RFID) system and security patrol.

The development is near SK Taman Desa, SJK(C) Kota Emerald, Straits International School, Aeon Rawang, NSK Trade City Rawang, Giant Hypermarket and KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital. It is also easily accessible via the North-South Expressway, Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar) and Guthrie Corridor Expressway. Transport hub within an 8.2km radius is the Rawang KTM Station.
