KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 24): Mah Sing Group Bhd topped out its M Adora project in Wangsa Melawati on Wednesday (Aug 24), marking the completion of Tower A and Tower B’s super structure. According to a press statement, the construction progress of the entire project is currently around 73% completed.
M Adora has a gross development value of approximately RM378 million and comprises two towers with a total of 677 units. The entire project is scheduled for completion by the second quarter of 2023.
“Our affordable M Series has been receiving good take-up rates due to the attractive price points, practical layouts, facilities and good locations. Launched during the pandemic in 2020, M Adora has achieved an encouraging [take-up of 96%], indicating the high demand for properties in this location. As a result, the group intends to launch M Astra this year, capitalising on the spillover demand from M Adora. M Astra is strategically located near Setapak's mature neighbourhood, with excellent connectivity and ready amenities,” said Mah Sing’s founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.
Meanwhile, the group’s chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said that the M Adora topping out ceremony has demonstrated that Mah Sing is committed to providing quality products to its customers and able to deliver on time. He also pointed out that now is a good time to buy property.
"The second half of 2022 is definitely an ideal period for homebuyers to secure their dream home as Mah Sing has recently launched its own home ownership campaign named ‘H.O.M.E’, offering attractive perks for homebuyers such as zero down payment, free stamp duty, easier loan approval and lower monthly instalment. M Adora is one of the participating projects, together with another 12 of our projects in Klang Valley, Southern and Northern regions,” Ho shared.
M Adora features 35 exclusive facilities including a cantilevered glass-walled gymnasium, an Olympic-length horizon pool and a sky bridge at Level 29. The development is also designed with green and energy efficient features such as use of energy efficiency lighting (LED) in common areas, cross ventilation in all rooms to enhance indoor air quality, use of low volatile organic compound (VOC) paint and rainwater harvesting in common areas.
