PETALING JAYA (Oct 11): LBS Bina Group Bhd has launched a serviced apartment project, called Prestige Residence, in Seri Kembangan, Selangor on Sunday. The development sits on eight acres of land, comprising a total of 1,450 units with an estimated gross development value of RM301 million.

According to the developer, Prestige Residence will be ideal for newly established families and empty nesters. The units will have three types of layouts, with built-ups ranging from 600 to 850 sq ft and prices starting from RM270,000.
The development is equipped with a total of 40 facilities and a resident-exclusive two-storey clubhouse, which has a wide range of activities to choose from that cultivates healthy family bonding sessions and promotes togetherness within the community. It also provides easy access to major highways and various key public amenities, such as commercial hubs, financial institutions, international airports and healthcare providers.
Meanwhile, the developer’s marketing campaign Vacci-Nation Bonanza has been further extended until the end of this year. Through this campaign, LBS Bina will be giving out a total of RM671,120 cash incentives and extra cash incentives of up to RM334,500 to those who are in line for their Covid-19 vaccination or have been vaccinated.
LBS Bina has also recently given away RM445,000 worth of prizes in the first round of the LBS Fabulous 20-21 campaign lucky draw. This is where Prestige Residence’s homebuyers who place their orders by the end of this year will be entitled to the second round of the lucky draw.
