KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 11): AllianceDBS Research said Kronologi Asia Bhd (Krono) had on Oct 10 traded higher to RM1.03 before closing near the day’s high at RM1.02 (up 5 sen or 5.15%).
In its evening edition yesterday, the research house said Krono continued to stay above the 20-day (blue) and 50-day (red) moving average lines in the last 5 days.
“Following the up close on Oct 10, the stock is likely to move higher again with immediate hurdle at RM1.07.
“A crossover of RM1.07 should see further price rise to the next overhead resistance at RM1.13.
“The support is pegged at 92.5 sen. A fall below 92.5 sen would put pressure on the stock down to the subsequent support at 89 sen,” it said.
AllianceDBS Research said stock volume traded on Oct 10 was 13.6 million shares compared to the 3-month average volume of 12.4 million shares.
The research house said that indicators wise, the MACD was marginally above the 9-day moving average line with a buy signal just being emitted.
It said the relative strength index indicated that the stock was currently in a neutral zone.
