KUALA LUMPUR: KPJ Healthcare Bhd has turned Seremban Specialist Hospital Sdn Bhd (SSHSB) into a wholly owned subsidiary after acquiring the remaining 28.3% stake in the company from the Negeri Sembilan Religious Council for RM14.15 million cash.</div>
