<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group said it has accepted a letter of award from the development’s developer, BBCC Development Sdn Bhd — a joint venture company set up by the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), UDA Holdings and Eco World Bhd — for the construction of a main building occupying parcel 4 and parcel 5 of the development.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>This building will consist of a nine-storey retail podium, a five-storey car park and an LRT link bridge, it added in a filing yesterday.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Kerjaya Prospek said the contract is expected to positively contribute to both its earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 2019 and 2020.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next one year,” it added.</p></div>
