KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has bagged an RM94.83 million construction contract in the Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) development.

The group said it has accepted a letter of award from the development’s developer, BBCC Development Sdn Bhd — a joint venture company set up by the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), UDA Holdings and Eco World Bhd — for the construction of a main building occupying parcel 4 and parcel 5 of the development.

This building will consist of a nine-storey retail podium, a five-storey car park and an LRT link bridge, it added in a filing yesterday.

Kerjaya Prospek said the contract is expected to positively contribute to both its earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 2019 and 2020.

“The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next one year,” it added.
