Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has acquired Indonesian real-estate-services firm PT Procon Indah, which the former says will make it the largest real-estate- services company in Indonesia. The combined business operations will have 300 staff, headquarters in Jakarta, as well as offices in Bali and Surabaya.
The integration and rebranding of the business will begin immediately, with Todd Lauchlan as country head and the former CEO of Procon, Lucy Rumantir, as chairman. The combined business allows JLL to offer a greater depth of expertise and larger number of services to existing clients, according to Lauchlan.
