KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 5): Inta Bina Group Bhd has bagged a RM146 million contract for design and build main building works in relation to a mixed-use development project located in Shah Alam, Selangor.
According to a Bursa Malaysia filing on Monday (Sept 5), Inta Bina's wholly owned subsidiary Inta Bina Sdn Bhd accepted a letter of award from Eco Ardence Sdn Bhd for the proposed development of Hana serviced apartment.
The development will see a 32-storey serviced apartment block with 500 units. Additionally, there is an eight-storey covered parking podium block with facilities on the ground floor.
The construction period will be for a period of 30 months, commencing from the date of site possession on Nov 11. Inta Bina intends to fund the job via internally generated funds and external borrowings.
This latest contract win comes just days after accepting a RM137.8 million construction contract from SDB Properties Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Selangor Dredging Bhd.
Inta Bina's share price finished 4.55% or one sen higher at 23 sen on Monday, bringing a market capitalisation of RM123.1 million.
