<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>According to a Bursa Malaysia filing on Friday (Sept 9), HeiTech Padu on Thursday (Sept 8) signed a letter of award from Mindef for the contract, which also included the maintenance of air defence simulator system and upgrade of existing systems.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The five-year contract is expected to have positive effects on future earnings, net assets and earnings per share of the group.</div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>HeiTech Padu's share price finished 3.7% or three sen lower at 78 sen on Friday, bringing a market capitalisation of RM79 million.</div>
