KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 11):  Unofficial results are showing that DAP chairman Lim Guan Eng is leading by a huge majority in his Bagan Parliamentary constituency.

He has held the seat since 2008.

According to the latest results shared by DAP, 62-year-old Lim has garnered 43,538 votes of the 54,731 votes cast in the constituency with 86,447 eligible voters.
 
Pakatan Harapan is currently leading by big margins in seven Parliamentary seats in Penang — Bagan, Bukit Mertajam, Batu Kawan, Bukit Bendera, Bukit Gelugor, Tanjong and Jelutong.

Guan Eng's sister Lim Hui Ying is contesting in Tanjong.

In Batu Kawan, Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow who was fielded the first time there, has secured 32,657 votes out of a total of 88,812 votes cast, according to unofficial results from DAP.

He contested in a five-cornered fight on a seat previously held by Kasthuri Patto, who made way for the Penang party chief this election.
