KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 6): Glomac Bhd launched HappyNest, a three-month digital campaign today. It is the first of many initiatives that will add value and choices to people who are looking to buy a Glomac home. 

“This campaign was created to enhance the excitement of home buying, especially during the challenging situation posed by the Covid-19 pandemic,” said head of sales and marketing Kim Neoh. 

Ending on Jan 31, 2021, the campaign involved all existing properties as well as those that will be launched within the campaign period. 

Purchasers stand a chance to win cash vouchers weekly as well as monthly draws to sweep iPad Minis and Dyson V8 vacuum. 

“Customers can either choose to personally view show units [by appointments] or experience the virtual viewing with us. You will then be in the weekly lucky draw, which will be conducted via our live streaming webinar,” said Neoh.

She added that to be eligible for the monthly lucky draw throughout the campaign, participants would need to make a booking to purchase a Glomac property throughout the period. 

Among the latest products Glomac has to offer are two-storey landed residential units at developments such as Mawar Sari, Saujana Perdana in Sungai Buloh and Saujana Jaya in Kulai, Johor; condominiums and small office/home office (SoHo) units at Plaza @ Kelana Jaya and 121 Residences in the Damansara-Petaling Jaya area, and serviced apartments in Suria Stonor, KLCC. 

The developer hopes to launch a few more projects in the coming financial quarters, namely at Saujana KLIA in Sepang, GreenTec in Puchong and more products at Bandar Saujana Utama in Sungai Buloh.
