Under the terms of the agreement, Genting Hong Kong ( Valuation: 3.00, Fundamental: 1.35) will acquire Zouk’s major trademarks along with the New Zouk Club in Clarke Quay, Singapore.

But the agreement excludes Zouk Kuala Lumpur club at Jalan Tun Razak in Malaysia.

The New Zouk Club in Clarke Quay is scheduled to open in third quarter of 2016.

The annual zoukout dance music festival coming up in December will continue as usual.
