KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 4): Indian businessman Gautam Adani has become the richest Asian, worth US$90.1 billion (about RM376.54 billion), according to Forbes’ Real Time Billionaire calculations on Thursday (Feb 3), and the 10th richest person in the world.
He narrowly edged out fellow Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani, the head of Reliance Industries, worth just US$100 million less at US$90 billion, Forbes estimated.
Ambani was previously the richest Asian billionaire.
