PETALING JAYA (July 24): S P Setia Bhd’s Elata Vita @ Setia Tropika in Johor Bahru recorded a take-up rate of 90% during its launch last month with homebuyers queuing up a day before the launch day.

“As with all our other residential projects, we once again received an overwhelming response for the double-storey terrace houses collection named Elata Vita @ Setia Tropika, which is targeted to be completed by mid-2019,” S P Setia general manager of property south Saniman Amat Yusof said in a press release today.

“Elata Vita @ Setia Tropika is the perfect choice for those within the Generation-Y age group looking for starter homes as its contemporary design gives the homes a modernistic twist yet remains functional for young family living,” added Saniman.

Located on 7 acres within the Setia Tropika township, Elata Vita is a RM90.2 million development consisting of 138 double-storey terrace homes with four bedrooms and four baths. With built-up of 1,880 sq ft, the units are priced from RM588,588 onwards.

Setia Tropika is located about 12km away from the CIQ Checkpoint and Johor Bahru city centre. It is only 5km from Kempas Medical Centre and 18km from the Senai International Airport.

The township is situated next to the North-South Highway with a designated outlet, Exit 255B, built by S P Setia for its residents to travel to and from the central business district faster and easier.

Some of the facilities within Setia Tropika include a 12-acre award-winning town park offering picnic lawns, reflexology area, basketball courts, football field, multipurpose court and educational garden. For the health-conscious, dedicated jogging and cycling tracks are also available.

“Residents of Elata Vita @ Setia Tropika will be pleased to know that the residential area is a 24-hour gated and guarded community. Another exciting addition is the pocket parks available in numerous locations of the township as part of our commitment to creating ecological features and a sustainable living environment for the enrichment of our community,” Saniman added.
