Dr Mahathir still in IJN for further investigation on his health condition

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 17): Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who was admitted to the National Heart Institute (IJN) on Thursday (Dec 16), is currently undergoing several investigations for his medical check-up.
The check-up shall be completed in the next few days, the IJN said in a brief statement on Friday.
“He shall remain in the IJN till then.
“Due to the present SOPs (standard operating procedures), no visitors are allowed to visit Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun,” the statement read.
