<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Azmil is also the president and chief executive officer of Alloy Mtd Group. He holds the same position in the listed subsidiary of MTD Capital Bhd, namely MTD ACPI Engineering Bhd and is also the chairman of MTD Walkers PLC, a foreign subsidiary of MTD Capital that is listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange in Sri Lanka.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Azmil is also the president and chief executive officer in MTD InfraPerdana Bhd and Metacorp Bhd, both subsidiaries of MTD Capital, and ANIH Bhd a toll concession company.</p></div>
