KUALA LUMPUR (March 30): Damansara Holdings Bhd has secured contracts worth a total of RM28.34 million to operate and maintain certain facilities at the Pengerang Integrated Complex in Johor.

In a bourse filing, the company said Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Corp and PRPC Utilities and Facilities Sdn Bhd have issued Letters of Award (LoA) dated March 1 to its 70%-owned subsidiary, TMR LC Services Sdn Bhd, which is involved in building management, maintenance services and hospitality.

The contracts are effective for 19 months, starting March 31, to end on Sept 30, 2023.

The scope of work comprises the operation and maintenance of buildings, external works, and utilities network as well as the provision of accommodation services to residents and facilities, canteen operation and catering services, and the management of personnel protective equipment.
 
Damansara Holdings’ share price closed 0.5 sen or 0.99% higher at 51 sen on Wednesday, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM167 million.
