KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 6): The first phase of Ipoh White Times Square, a 10.5-acre (4.25-hectare) integrated development by Exsim Development Sdn Bhd and Team Keris Bhd in Ipoh, Perak, will be officially launched in November. Sitting on a 2.75-acre plot, The Stallionz is a 12-storey tower comprising 424 small office/home office (SoHo) units. It will also have six retail lots, which the developer will manage. 

The SoHo units will have a standard built-up of 650 sq ft, with an average selling price of RM630 psf. There are two layout designs to choose from, and units come with a balcony that overlooks either the Perak Turf Club or Ipoh town centre. Facilities will include a sky pool, sky gym, yoga area and games room.

“It has been made known from the start that The Stallionz is an investment product. In fact, we will be offering packages to help buyers manage and rent out their units for rental income,” said Exsim Development head of corporate communications Michelle Siew.

The Stallionz will feature a spacious lobby and a proper front counter for guests to check in and out, make travel information enquiries and access services such as luggage storage.
