The first tower (152 units) of IOI Properties Group Bhd’s The Clio 2 Residences has been 80% taken up since its launch on June 16. The project comprises two 23-storey towers and a 35-storey tower with 550 units.

Each tower boasts 3-bedroom units, with built-ups ranging from 829 to 1,216 sq ft and is priced at RM492,000 onwards. The four-acre freehold project has a gross development value of RM298.9 million.

“The Clio 2 Residences targets young working adults and first-time homebuyers. It is located about 700m away from the upcoming Phase 2 of IOI City Mall, and is less than 30km from the Kuala Lumpur city centre,” says chief of sales and marketing officer Jason Tie.

Phase 2 of IOI City Mall, which has a wider selection of outlets and lifestyle offerings, is presently under development and is slated for completion 4Q2021.

The project is also part of the 788-acre IOI Resort City in Putrajaya — including luxury hotels, such as Le Meridien Putrajaya and Putrajaya Marriott Hotel.

According to the developer, The Clio 2 Residences is part of the Home Ownership Campaign 2019 (HOC), which is offering added benefits such as cashback rewards of up to RM21,000 and a rebate voucher worth RM10,000 to purchasers who sign their sales and purchase agreement during the official launch.

All units in The Clio 2 Residences have semi-detached layouts and are partially furnished with kitchen cabinets and bedrooms with wardrobes. The towers are set for completion in 1Q2021 while the maintenance fee, which encompasses a sinking fund, is 35 sen psf.

Facilities include a barbeque area, jacuzzi, a lap pool, a wading pool, a sauna room, an indoor and outdoor gymnasium, a multipurpose hall and a reading space.
