<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Afzal, who holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with electronics, has been director and chief executive officer (CEO) of TIME dotCom Bhd since October 2008.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>CIMB said prior to this, Afzal served as CEO of the AIMS Asia Group and Global Transit International from April 2003 to October 2008. He also founded the Malaysia Internet Exchange in 2006.</p></div>
