KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 15): Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will be closed this Friday (Nov 18), in conjunction with the special holiday announced by caretaker Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Monday.

“Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will resume operations on Monday, Nov 21,” the local bourse operator said in a statement on Tuesday (Nov 15).

The government has declared Nov 18 and 19 as public holidays, to enable electors to exercise their right to vote in the 15th general election (GE15).
