<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>SINGAPORE (Dec 9): Boustead Singapore announced that Triangle Energy (Global) has received a revised offer from PT Enso Asia for the Indonesian gas field which it is also trying to acquire.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>PT Enso Asia is now offering US$39.9 million for the Aceh gas field and includes US$4.5 million in cash, of which US$862,000 was already transferred.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Boustead Singapore said PT Enso Asia’s offer is higher than the offer of US$32.4 million tabled by the group and consortium partners One North Energy and Lamara Energy which included a US$3.9 million initial payment.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It was PT Enso Asia which first to put in an offer of US$10.5 million for Triangle Energy which was later trumped by Boustead’s current offer.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Triangle Energy is a Perth-based production and exploration company. It owns the Pase Production Sharing Contract in Aceh which encompasses 922 sq km of explorable area.</p></div>
