PETALING JAYA (Jan 6): Boutique luxury developer Bon Estates Sdn Bhd expects to complete the construction of its flagship project The Estate and its handover by 2Q2021. 

Sitting on a 3.68-acre freehold parcel in South Bangsar and located next to the Bukit Gasing forest reserve, the development aims to deliver a wholesome lifestyle with green and healthy surroundings. It offers family-sized units with communal facilities and green spaces.

According to the developer, buyers have snapped up to 95% of its 328 units, with just a handful of Type E dual-key duplex homes left available.
