KUALA LUMPUR (March 1): highlighted 11 stocks with momentum at Bursa Malaysia’s afternoon close on Tuesday (March 1).

Only two stocks indicated positive momentum while the remaining nine indicated negative momentum.

The two stocks with positive momentum were:

TH Plantations Bhd — up four sen at RM1.07

FGV Holdings Bhd — unchanged at RM2.04

While the nine stocks with negative momentum were:

Bina Darulaman Bhd — down half sen at 80 sen

CB Industrial Product Holding Bhd — up one sen at RM1.43

Cepatwawasan Group Bhd — up three sen at RM1.16

Golden Land Bhd — up four sen at 58 sen

Kretam Holdings Bhd — up one sen at 78 sen

Matang Bhd — up half sen at 11 sen

OSK Holdings Bhd Bhd — up two sen at 91 sen

Subur Tiasa Holdings Bhd — up 21 sen at RM2

Ta Ann Holdings Bhd — down 46 sen at RM5.03

The list of stocks with momentum is generated using a proprietary mathematical algorithm highlighting stocks with a build-up in trading volume and price. The algorithm differentiates between stocks that exhibit positive (+ve) momentum and negative (-ve) momentum.
