KUALA LUMPUR: BLoyalty Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berjaya Corp Bhd, today revealed enhanced capabilities for its rewards programme, which it has renamed 'B Infinite', which transforms the previously card-focused programme into one complemented by a digital app that also allows mobile payment.
The new rewards programme has multi-faceted capabilities, including the function as a mobile marketing platform to find out about the latest merchant flash deals, payment gateway and redemption service for its members.
B Infinite also launched its mobile app, the first loyalty mobile app in Malaysia to incorporate mobile payment, allowing its mobile-powered consumers to collect and redeem points.
According to Berjaya Corp CEO Datuk Seri Robin Tan, the launch of B Infinite is a prime example of the group's wide transformation story.
"We want to enhance our brick-and-mortar businesses with digital capabilities to meet the needs of mobile-powered consumers for today and the future. We believe this will pave the way for Berjaya Corp's sustained growth," he said.
B Infinite, previously known as BCARD, counts more than five million members, 80 merchants and over 4,000 stores nationwide as part of its network.
B Infinite's merchants include Caltex, Starbucks, 7Eleven, Lazada and U Mobile.
