<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 19): Artroniq Bhd has been appointed by Even Systems Co Ltd as a non-exclusive distributor of the Taiwan-based company's products in Malaysia.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Artroniq said its wholly owned subsidiary, Artronix Sdn Bhd (ATX), signed a one-year distribution agreement with Even Systems to create additional income to the group besides enabling it to concentrate on its core business while maximising business opportunities.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Even Systems designs and manufactures a complete line of industry specific all in one computers, touchscreen monitors, kiosks, and tablets, with its market-based solutions deployed in retail, hospitality, factory automation, gaming, and healthcare environments.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"ATX will act as a non-exclusive distributor to purchase certain products from Even Systems from time to time and the latter's desires to sell certain products to ATX in accordance with the terms agreed between both parties," Artroniq said in a Bursa Malaysia filing.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"[Additionally,] Even Systems grants to ATX the non-exclusive right and licence to distribute its products within Malaysia together with any new enhancements and releases to the products," the group said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Artroniq's share price closed unchanged at 45.5 sen, bringing a market capitalisation of RM144.6 million.</p></div>
