<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>In a statement to Bursa Malaysia today, YTL Corp said Yeoh Tiong Lay &amp; Sons' 49.059% stake comprises 5.27 billion shares in YTL Corp. At 12:06pm, YTL Corp shares fell 7.5 sen or 7% to 94.5 sen, for a market value of RM10.16 billion.</div>
