KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 11): The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has dispelled rumours of the appointment of a deputy prime minister.
In a statement today, the PMO also dismissed that the premier is undergoing treatment following his previous bout with cancer, saying that the rumours were “not true” and were made with “ill intent”.
“The prime minister has been certified to be cancer-free by the medical experts who treated him,” it said.
